In developing countries already impacted by hunger and poverty, the pandemic threatens food security and nutrition, today and for years to come. Feed the Future is taking action to prevent widespread hunger, malnutrition and poverty abroad that would, if left unchecked, pose serious challenges to security and prosperity.

Feed the Future is helping partner countries mitigate the social and economic impacts caused by COVID-19 and measures enacted by governments to stop its spread. The initiative is also responding in ways that simultaneously strengthen resilience to future shocks.
