Nepal Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index Data Fact Sheet

For International Women’s Day 2018, in partnership with the International Food Policy Research Institute, Feed the Future is releasing country fact sheets that summarize progress toward gender equality and women’s empowerment using data from the Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI). Not only do we present evidence of progress toward empowerment, we also present a snapshot of how USAID, other governments and international organizations used the data to inform programming and research.
