A Thousand Words: Feed the Future in Pictures

Twice a year, we hold an open call for our partners to send in photos of Feed the Future in action. What we get is, well, amazing.

We’ve received photos not only of our work in Feed the Future focus countries, but of U.S. Government-supported food security activities around the world that are helping change the face of poverty and hunger, one farmer at a time.  

Add it all up and you get some impressive numbers: Millions of farmers, rural families, and children helped. More on that later this spring.

For now, we’re excited to share with you the winners of our recent Feed the Future photo contest, selected from a pool of more than 160 photos by our interagency panel of judges.

As you’ll see, we’re helping farmers access new technologies and markets to grow and sell more so they can make more while improving nutrition and resilience too.
